An eco market/festival celebrating nature based sustainable living. Market stalls, workshops, music and great food! A wholesome day out in Mooloolah.
9am – 12pm : Tree Planting. Buy a plant for $2 from the Waterwatch & Landcare and plant it on the day.
10am – 11.10am : Morning Yoga with Selina from Smile with Yoga
11.15am – 12pm – Permaculture Design using the Patterns of Nature with Robin Clayfield from
12 – 12.20pm : Saving the Birdwing Butterfly with Jan Kesby from Mooloolah River Waterwatch & Landcare
12.15 – 1pm : Tibetan Singing Bowl Orchestra with Kim Kirkman from Lift Gallery
1.15 – 1.45pm : What is a co-operative? with Mick Dan from Good Harvest
2.00 – 2.45pm : Grow your own Shitake mushrooms with Joel Carter
PLUS! We have Janelle Steensen running fun competitions ‘Make a Scarecrow Character’ throughout the day: 10.30am / 11.30am and 1.30pm
PLUS! We also have Mooloolah Playgroup offering free kids arty/earthy activities all day!! (small donation appreciated for materials)
1000 wishes, seed bomb making, and planter pot painting
PLUS! We have the Famous Mooloolah School Spanish Dancers performing at 9:30 am and a Taekwando demonstrattion following at 11am…in front of the Music Stage.
