Raw Sounds Fringe Festival will showcase the very best young talent that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Raw Sounds will have it all, including live music, dance crews, market stalls, workshops, and so much more!
What makes Raw Sounds so unique is that not only is the event showcasing youth between 12 – 25yrs, it also is completely driven and run by a team of young people. Raw Sounds Fringe Festival is sure to impress a crowd of all ages.

The second annual Caloundra Fringe Festival will be held from 27 September – 7 October 2013.
Eleven days of diverse, arts, culture, culinary and sporting activities leading up to the Caloundra Music Festival, the conglomeration of these activities will be promoted as the Caloundra Fringe Festival.
Caloundra Fringe Festival is open access. This means anyone in the community can run their OWN event, such as a performance, workshop, demonstration or show. They may be ticketed or free. Hosted by a business, a community group, a club or an individual. The opportunities are vast and the ownership, costs and profits all remain with the event organiser.
The Caloundra “Fringe Festival” volunteer network consists of local businesses, community groups, venues and enthusiastic individuals, in collaboration with the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce and Caloundra Music Festival. The Volunteer Network guides the growth, style and promotion of the Caloundra Fringe Festival. The group also maintains an online portal to access registration, fact sheets and promotional material as well as social media marketing through Facebook and Instagram.
The success to date can be largely attributed to the grassroots community support and local business sponsorship. Get involved at the ground level to be part of what’s shaping up to be a signature event that will showcase Caloundra to the world and encourage visitors to eat, drink, stay and play in Caloundra!
