Invitation: Community conversations about mental health, an invitation to talk, ask questions and learn more about mental health.
In any given year, one in five Australians experiences a mental illness. In fact, mental illness is the third leading cause of disability in Australia.
Facilitated by Nadine Thomas, Health and Human Services Consultant, these conversations are open to all members of the Hinterland community.
We invite you to a series of community conversations on mental health. Contributing to these conversations will make our communities more open and knowledgeable about mental health.
Session one’s topic is “Shades of grey – is there a line between life. wellbeing and distress?”.
