How to add an Event.
To add an event to this calendar simply email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you email me, please include (at least) the following 6 pieces of information:
- Event name
- Location of event
- Starting date of event
- Starting time of event
- Brief description of event (you can include URLs)
- Your email address if we have any questions
Please include as much information as possible including dates, times, location, directions, websites, costs, etc
*** Note *** If you plan on submitting many events and are familiar with Google Calendar, please contact me and I can share the calendar with you and you can enter your events directly into Google Calendar.
