Meet the Shopkeeper: Craig Denson from Eureka Bakehouse in Mooloolah Valley

November 17, 2014 by Glasshouse Country 2 Comments

Graig is often complemented by shoppers about the quality of his bread which is handmade, “the old fashion way like I was taught many years ago”. Eureka Bakehouse has been based in Mooloolah for the past 14 years and is managed by Graig Denson who has been a baker and pastry cook for the past 35 years.  Graig’ Is attention to detail and his love for baking is rewarded by loyalty from the town folk. Always popular a Eureka Bakehouse is the Salad Rolls and as Craig explained to me “The tradies seem to like them because of their value and because of  the size of his delicious salad rolls”. I always use local produce for the fruit and veg which is sourced from the local butcher in Mooloolah.

Craig enjoys working in the small friendly town of Mooloolah because people always quick to say hello and share a smile. Craig’s a strong swimmer who, although his working days starts at 2:30 AM most week mornings, still finds time to swim and train at the Beerwah Swimming pool or Ewan Maddock Make in Mooloolah.
