Meet the Shopkeeper: Todd Harris from Hinterland Seafoods

August 6, 2015 by Glasshouse Country 6 Comments

Todd Harris the owner of Hinterland Seafoods is quite possibly Beerwah’s most friendly Shopkeeper and readily admits that his secret ingredient has always been to keep his customers happy.

His work ethic hinges around the idea that his Hinterland Seafoods will only to be as good as he makes it,  and so he works his hardest at providing the best quality food and service possible.

Todd explained that he loves cooking and is proud of the staff who work alongside him, together they offer gourmet burgers, fresh in-house prepared salads, icy cold drinks and ice-creams and are happy to cater for any of your special requirements and to source any special orders you would like to place. Todd and his team always use the freshest seafoods and ingredients.

Hinterland Seafood is Beerwah’s original and longest serving seafood takeaway, with both fresh and cooked quality seafood sourced both locally and from New Zealand.

If we don’t stock it, we will source it! and if you call ahead to order we can prepare your food for ready for pickup.

Owned and managed by a trade qualified chef, Todd Harris with over 22 years experience.
