As the hinterland’s ONLY 24/7 gym, Maximise Health and Fitness caters for everyone and certainly keeps Kirstee busy! You will see her here from sunrise until long after sunset, working hard to ensure her members meet their goals!
Kirstee saw the need and potential for a friendly, supportive and comfortable environment for people to exercise in. From here her vision for Maximise Health and Fitness was born! She now runs two clubs in both Beerwah and Mooloolah! Members have the option of visiting both clubs which only adds to the convenience for all hinterland locals.
As a mother of 2, Kirstee says “Helping people achieve results though education about food and exercise is what it’s all about!” Kirstee is always happy to have a chat and discuss the best way to meet your goals.
