Weight Watchers is the number 1 weight loss company in Australia, helping thousands of members overcome obesity every week. Due to popular demand Weight Watchers in running weekly meetings for 12 weeks in Maleny. The first 30min, includes weigh-in, information on program session, The second 30min includes a 20min group session on the topic of the week, and also allows for one on one time to meet with leader to discuss any personal things. Weigh-ins are confidential Meetings work for both men and women you can still eat “Normal” food you will get all the tools you need to tackle your weigh loss journey each week you get a weekly magazine, filled with hints and tips
